NOTE:  The USBC charging port (1 of 2) that is shown circled in RED is intermittent.  Will charge at times.  There are some blemishes on the lid - see photo.    All drivers and updates have been loaded including the latest BIOS.  Maybe you are good at repairs and you can fix the USBC port.  The 2nd port works great and charges just fine.
