I know very little about this item, but it is pretty cool and in beautiful shape for the age.

I’m not sure which decade but I’m guessing maybe 30s or 40s?

The boxes in great shape however, the very top did separate from the rest of the box.

I’m not sure if this is the complete original set or not, but it does have all items shown in picture and all are in great shape.
