I listed it as open box for safety, because the box is not sealed. I have no idea if they usually are or not; This thing is clearly brand new as it came from the factory, far as I can tell...

Also, I'm not quite sure what it does except it appears to be some kind of add on to a furnace? And damn expensive from what I can tell, so I'm listing it at a bargain price because I don't need it, but I do need to eat..!
