Shipping
Orders
ship no later than the next business day after payment is received.
When
the shipping cost calculated by eBay at checkout for multi-item orders exceeds my
actual shipping cost, I issue refunds for the difference between the eBay
charge and my actual cost.
To get a quote regarding the shipping cost for multi-item
orders, you can add your items to your e-Bay shopping cart and request an
invoice prior to submitting payment.
Returns
To ensure customer satisfaction, I cover the cost of return
shipping for items that are sent back for any reason.
When sending item(s) back, open a return request on the eBay
site. After the return request is submitted, eBay will approve it automatically
and provide you with a pre-paid return label.
Full refunds (including original shipping) will be issued for
damaged/not-as-described items. For other returns, only the item cost will be
refunded. For items not returned in their original condition, partial refunds
may be issued in accordance with eBay policies.
