Good overall condition, looks good but seal is cracked and needs a rebuild.  The air valve is chipped but this can be replaced as well as the blue lockout lever is missing as shown.  Not sure of service history.  Comes as shown with carbon fiber shock linkage mount and all hardware but not 100% sure what bike it is out of.
