All sent packages will be secured with tamper proof (IR)infrared security seal/tape. All returns(including all types of returns)must provide a video of the unboxing of the product. The Video must include the inspection of the entire sealed package box before opening, the unboxing and inspection of the item. Return must include all items and packaging items exactly as they were unboxed with no modifications, or extra tape on original packaging. If any of the package is resealed with standard packaging tape, it will not be accepted. The return must all be re-packaged into a new box, with all contents included. All of our packages are recorded when packaged, sealed, and shipped.
