This beautiful and historical lidded vase is from the Habsburg Austria from Royal Vienna. The vase features heavy gold gilding in the motif design. The method used for the color is polychromed enamel over a white ceramic base. The vase has a high sheen finish. The art depicts a scene with a mythological woman with putti angels adorning her. The vase is decorated with heavy gold gilded accents and motifs and has geometric shapes of rich bright green, blue and deep red colors as well as the porcelain creamy white.

The approximate size of the vase with the lid is 13" in height and 25" in circumference at the widest point of the vase.

On the bottom of the vase is the underglaze blue beehive stamp, which is from the Royal Vienna era of 1749-1827.

The vase is in fair condition, there is minor wear on enamel & gold gilding, major hairline fractures on the inside of vase, and the stem/tip of the lid broke off & not included leaving a large hole on the top of the lid. Also, there appears to be a smudge or chip in the paint on the lady's arm. The bottom of the vase has typical wear and rubbing.
