• Vacuum Cleaner Troubleshooting before Placing an Order： ① No charging light, but works normally → Damaged battery or charger. ② Red light flashes 3-5 times when charging → Battery error; replace battery. ③ Fully charges in minutes but dies quickly → Old/battery aging; replace battery. ④ Solid red light (no flashing) when charging → Motor failure; replace motor. Note: Replacing the charger won’t fix battery or motor issues.
• Please note before purchasing: Please carefully review our product images and descriptions to purchase the correct charger. We have three types of chargers, namely chargers with voltages of 26.1V, 30.45V, and 16.75-24.35V. Their voltages are not consistent, and the charger plug diameters are also different. Please check your original charger or your vacuum cleaner model and select the correct charger model to purchase. Different chargers cannot be compatible with each other for charging purposes.
