Grading
All our refurbished and used machines are second-hand, so they will have some cosmetic wear.
We provide a clear indication of any wear and tear using the grading system below and accurate photos.
We understand that grading can be subjective so if you are not 100% happy with the condition of the laptop you can return it for a full refund within 30 days.
We even cover the postage, see below for terms and conditions.

- Condition: Like-new, out-of-box condition.

Warranty and returns
We do our best to ensure your order receives you in tip top condition but occasionally things can go wrong.
If you have any issues with delivery, or the condition of your new item please get in touch with us so we can rectify the situation.
Please ensure all returns are packaged securely and include your eBay username, eBay item number and reason for return.
All returns are free!
To return any item, please open a return request through eBay, selecting the 'Change of Mind' option and we'll provide a free of charge return label.
Returns within 30 days
If you've changed your mind or aren't happy with the item you are welcome to return it within 30 days of purchase. We'll even provide you a return postage label. To ensure you receive a full refund please make sure you return the machine in the same condition you recieved it along with any chargers or accessories. This includes removing any accounts, passwords or pincodes you may have set up on the machine. we be unable to issue a refund if you have not deregistered the device from your apple or google account We record the serial number of all items prior to shipping to be able to identify them for warranty/return purposes.
Restocking Fee Policy: A 10% restocking fee will be applied to Change of Mind returns in the following cases:
Outside of 30 days but within Warranty
Please see details above for how long your warranty period is. Your warranty covers mechanical failure and breakdown. It does not cover accidental/physical damage or battery replacement. Please contact us via ebay message to arrange a repair. The usual turn around time for a repair is 1-2 weeks but may be longer if we need to order parts. If a repair is not possible we may provide a replacement machine of equivalent condition/specification.
Damaged on delivery
Please notify within 24 hours of receiving a damaged parcel or item so we can raise a courier investigation. If the outer packaging appears damaged please either refuse the delivery or take photos of the outer packaging before opening the parcel. Please report any damage to the item to us within 24 hours or receipt with images of the damage to the item and any packaging.
About Us
All laptops we provide have been carefully selected and rigorously tested to meet our quality control and only the approved selection of laptops is listed and offered for sale.
All laptops are initially assessed, then fully data erased using industry leading data erasure software Blancco, once the data has been totally erased, our onsite qualified engineers carefully test all hardware components of the laptop for
full working order, this includes (if applicable) Hard drive, RAM, Screen, Touch Screen, Keyboard, Trackpad, Wi-Fi, Ethernet Connection, Touchpad, Speakers, Webcam, USB ports, HDMI ports, Bluetooth, Video Connection, Audio Connections, Disc
Drives, Memory Card Reader, Finger Print Scanner.
Once the laptop has been tested, diagnosed and or upgraded to full working order, The operating system (minimum Microsoft Windows 10) is installed ready for the new user. All devises are fully cleaned and sanitised, then repackaged.
All the assets that arrive into our facility are individually checked and put through 5 hours of testing and grading to ensure the devices are fit for purpose and in good working condition.
We have over 125 IT technicians and they use the latest software tools to data wipe and run comprehensive diagnostics software to ensure every component is tested. If they find any faulty units then these will either be repaired / replaced or send for secure disposal all within our secure facility.
Each device is then cleaned, using anti-bacterial wipes to ensure all bio hazardous material are removed and then, they are packed to ensure they are kept safe and secure during transport with environmentally friendly packaging.
