Judging from the serial number "811226", it was made in Japan in 1998.
It has a Gibson head, which is a characteristic of Epiphone made in Japan, a two-point truss rod cover with "Gibson" engraving, and "Made in Japan" on the back of the head.
Maple top and mahogany back body, mahogany neck, and rosewood fingerboard.
Set neck construction is used for a thick, sticky sound and rich sustain.
The rear pickup has been replaced with a SeymourDuncan humbucker.
