House shows play and storage wear with cracks and the landscape and plastic pool has come loose from the beads that held it in. Comes with furniture pictured. It's large so postage costs will be high, but I have no control over that aspect.  If you are in the area, I'll be happy to arrange a porch pickup. I live in Missouri.
