BEN SHAHN HAGGADAH FOR PASSOVER 1965 - I have seen similar listings as 1ST EDITION (I don't know) -- If that matters to you please review the pictures to make your own determination. 

Appears barely, if ever used, although the cover has shelfwear/damage and the plastic dustjacket is torn/taped (with a part missing) (see photos). Various aging/discoloration.  A  couple of pages (15 and 16) have some minor stains (see photos). There is separation of the bottom of some pages where they meet at the center binding (see photo of the blank page with the Haggadah shel Pesach in hebrew).
