Return Policy:

 We only accept returns within 14 days of shipping. All returns must be made through the eBay. So if you are a guest you will have to make an account to do the return.  Item must be in the same condition as it was shipped out, new, unworn with tags (Few exceptions). Shipping is non refundable, as it is a service provided by USPS.


Errors:

Sometimes errors do happen. It is our intention to have 100% accuracy but we are human and sometimes make mistakes, so if you experience any issues please email us to report the error and will address it promptly.

Lost shipping:

All items are shipped via the USPS and sometimes items can take a few days to arrive. Please let us know if your item has not arrived within 7 days for USA shipments or 30 days for overseas.

Damaged mail:


If your item is damaged in shipping please email immediately and DO NOT discard the package the item was mailed in.  If your item was shipped first class mail you will have to contact your local post office to file the claim. If it is shipped Priority mail we will file the clam on my end.
