We usually dispatch items 1-2 days after receiving payment.
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or P&P charges.
These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (courier) company or when you pick the item up - do not confuse them for additional P&P charges.
Returns
The buyer is liable for the shipping cost of any items returned.
A credit will only be issued once a cancellation agreement has been accepted and the part has been returned and inspected.
All return items must be unopened and in its original condition, returns will not be accepted if the part has been fitted.
We are also not responsible for installation errors, labour expenses, or any other expenses that may occur.
RETURN POLICY
Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of original shipment in original condition in original packaging with the original carrier with prior return authorization number.
NO RETURNS AFTER 30 days.
A 15% relisting/restocking fee applies to all returns PLUS any shipping cost we paid to ship to you. Please note the winning bid constitutes acceptance of this policy.
