For sale is a new Namura piston, top end bearing and gasket set with a freshly bored OEM Polaris cylinder. The cylinder has been professionally bored specifically too match the piston that is included with the kit. No additional core charges will be added at time of sale and no need to return your old cylinder unless you want to take advantage of the core refund we offer.
Although there is no core charge I am willing to provide a $150 refund for your old OEM cylinder once I verify that it can be bored out. Otherwise I can bore and hone cylinder and return it to you.
Should fit all years (1994-1999) two stroke Polaris 300’s versions which include the Xpress (express) and the Xploter (explorer). If you have an oil spout in the casting under your intake you actually have a 250 model which we also carry.

Due to the nature of the power sports component and necessity of proper installation I recommend having a professional perform the installation and I cannot warranty any components once installed. If your engine had a failure before and that is the reason for purchasing this you need to find the root cause or there is a high likelihood it will happen again. By installing the components you consent that all dimensions and part conditions are acceptable. For all engine components please be sure to put startup lubrication on the necessary items to prevent dry startup. Cylinders are typically are shipped with a protective oil on the bores that will need to be wiped off with a lint free rag prior to assembly.
Full payment is required no more than 7 days after purchase! No exceptions! All items are available for sale locally so I reserve the right to end items early. Items typically ship quickly but I do occasionally travel for work so it may take up to 5 business days to ship.
If you live outside the contiguous 48 states, please contact me before purchasing as I primarily ship UPS ground. Shipping outside of the contiguous/continental 48 states often incurs additional/excessive shipping charges which will be the responsibility of the buyer unless all of the items can be fit into a single large USPS flat rate shipping box.
Measuring tools and bore bar pictures are not for sale but rather for reference of the boring process.
