This 3 disc set is good for both the beginner and the more advanced miniature painter.
The discs have light wear but are guaranteed to play perfectly.
The DVDs are region coded 0 to play worldwide, but with an NTSC frame rate. NTSC is the frame rate used in the US, Canada, Japan, and many other countries. If you're not sure if your region uses NTSC feel free to drop me a line and ask.
