This product is a NOS (New Old Stock) GM steering wheel designed for use in 1977-80, 1984, and 1988 Cutlass, Delta 88, and Ninety Eight vehicles. It is branded as a General Motors OEM part, featuring a smooth red maroon finish. The steering wheel is specific to these vehicle models and years, and is a factory original equipment part made in the United States by Oldsmobile. Please note this is a bare wheel with no horn cap or back shroud and there are some small scratches in a few places and one small crack line on the back side of the rim and we show it on the last picture.  See all pictures for exact condition.  This is still a hard to find NOS steering wheel and is nice as they come with just a few small flaws.
