Titleist allowed buyers access to the JT Logo on personalized balls.  This ball will come with the small Titleist presentation box.  These are now two years old and Titleist did not continue the offering after a short window of availability.  I suspect that not that many exist and I have not seen them on Ebay for quite awhile.
