IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION - ROYAL MAIL 2ND CLASS

Please note: eBay's estimated delivery dates are generated automatically and do not reflect the true delivery time for Royal Mail 2nd Class. We have noticed that the dates shown to buyers can sometimes appear the same as our despatch date, even though Royal Mail 2nd Class currently takes at least 5-6 working days and sometimes longer to arrive. It is also listed as taking the same time as Royal Mail 1st Class which is incorrect as Royal Mail 1st Class is a priority service.

All 2nd Class items are posted within two working days of cleared payment, but delivery is subject to Royal Mail's current schedule. Each address follows a two week plan with 5 delivery days across 2 weeks, please allow for this when selecting postage.

Where free postage is offered this is Royal Mail 2nd Class. If you choose an upgraded service the cost of 2nd Class has already been deducted from the postage fee.

Postage

The postage charge is the fee that eBay charges me for the label, I never increase the amount.

I will always try to fit the item into as small a parcel as possible to reduce postage costs but I will not compromise the safe delivery of the item. For example if an item needs bubble wrap and protection and that means a larger box I will do this as my priority is always for the item to arrive in one piece

Jewellery is usually posted as large letter size

Although some jewellery is small it is slightly too big to post as a letter. If I did this it would put you at risk of being charged an underpaid postage fee by Royal Mail and I would not be able to protect it with bubble wrap

I have automatic postage discounts turned on

If you purchase multiple of the same item or similar items where possible each additional item will automatically be sent free of charge

Where any postage overpayment occurs on any size parcel I will refund after the item has been packed and I have purchased the postage label
