Used tensioner but new pulley.
Subaru A/C (air conditioner) belt tensioner complete with nuts and flange bolts. Kit comes with new resin type pulley with matching idler pulley adjuster. No noise, the bolts and nuts are ready to be adjusted / tightened upon installation. Comes fully assembled.
Pictures are of similar condition. The pulley is in new condition.
