This is an original Cartier fountain pen, of the Must Trois Anneaux type, with a full silver-plated finish and a very rare design. It is the second time I have come across one, despite having sold hundreds of similar pens.

In this case, the craftsmanship is referred to by Cartier itself as ‘Quadrille’, a classic design for connoisseurs and collectors, which is highly unusual in the world of Cartier and decidedly rare and difficult to find. In fact, I believe that this decoration is by far the rarest among those found on Cartier's Must pens.

This pen is brand new, unused, never even inked for testing, and is absolutely perfect and untouched.

The factory code is ST150015, and the list price was 590,000 lire in the mid-1990s, but today it would certainly be much more expensive, probably close to at least 500-600 euros.

The nib, in 18k gold, is type M, and the pen is 138mm long.

Trattasi di una penna stilografica originale Cartier, del tipo Must Trois Anneaux, nella finitura interamente placcata in argento, con un disegno molto raro, è la seconda volta che mi capita tra le mani con centinaia di penne simili vendute.

In questo caso la lavorazione è chiamata dalla Cartier stessa "Quadrille", un disegno classico, da intenditore e da collezionista, assolutamente inconsueto nel mondo Cartier, decisamente molto rara e difficile da reperire, credo infatti che questo decoro sia in assoluto il più raro tra quelli delle penne Must di Cartier.

Questa penna è assolutamente nuova, inusata, mai inchiostrata neppure per test, è assolutamente perfetta ed intonsa.

Il codice di fabbrica è ST150015, e il prezzo di listino era di 590.000 lire a metà anni '90, ma sarebbe oggi certamente ben più costosa, probabilmente vicina ai 5/600 euro almeno.

Il pennino, in oro 18k, è di tipo M, e la penna è lunga 138mm.
