You will receive an eBay message requesting your nominee details - we use these to update the entitlement certificate with your name.
Once the details are confirmed, we send a Sales Confirmation Pack by post. This pack includes your order details and our full eBay Terms and Conditions of Sale (also available in our Seller Business Information section).
We then wait 3-5 working days for your updated V750 Certificate with the new nominee details to arrive back with us. Please note, we cannot send out the certificate or assign the registration without adding your name as the nominee - this is our company policy.
