Most electronic parts such as Radio's, ECU's, etc may need to be CODED by Auto Electric specialist.
If you have not received your part in time please check the Tracking Number which is always provided by DHL/UK Mail.
Before leaving negative feedback for not received, damaged or not working parts please contact us first as we ready to sort it out ASAP.

All the prices provided are with VAT included. VAT invoices can be provided on request. Our accepted payment methods are - PayPal, Bank Transfer or Cash.
In order to make a bank transfer, please contact us prior to the purchase. Cash payments are only accepted if you are coming to collect the item.

If eligible listings not are delivered Next Day, please take a look at the Postage and Payments tab to find out the approximate delivery time and price for your specific item. Please provide your mobile phone number when ordering from us, it will help to deliver your item with no delays if any extra information is needed. Only items purchased before 12pm will be despatched the same day (Work days). Dispatch time can be affected by the 3rd party shipping company.
We are striving to provide our clients ONLY with undamaged items by packing them as safe as possible before dispatch. Please check your item for any visual damage when delivered. If the item has visible damage upon delivery, please notify the courier when accepting and sign for item as "Damaged". This is very important, as it affects the items eligibility for any refunds. We won't be able to issue a refund if the item is marked as delivered properly and no damages are shown in the comments.
All items can be collected during our working hours 8am - 5pm (Every work day). It is preferred that you give us a call before collection, so the order can be prepared before your arrival.
Pallet deliveries - Please make sure someone can receive and sign for the delivery of the pallet(s), failing to do so will result in delivery being made next working day and extra delivery charges may be applied.
In case you have any issues with the part you receive - PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE LEAVING FEEDBACK and we will do our best to leave you satisfied with our service.
If an error has been made on our part - replacement will be sent out immediately as soon as the wrong part is received from the customer. If we are out of stock for the specific part - you will be issued a full refund. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs when returning the item.
If the item is returned because of a customer's mistake (item doesn't fit the specified model, purchase error or colour/item number not matching) 15% return handling charge will apply.
All parts come with a 30-day warranty. We recommend that you send back your return using a tracked shipping service. The item must be returned with full packaging to prevent further damage during the shipping. Please note that if any inquiries are made after this period we won't be able to provide you with a refund/swap. This guarantee covers parts only. It does not cover any labour/garage charges or any fault arising from the fitting of this part.
All our items are security marked. If the returned part won't match the condition, overall look or make of the part that we sent to you - warranty will be voided and NO refunds will be issued. Same goes for any tampered, dismantled and incomplete parts.
