Here is an 8-port terminal server first sold by Digital Equipment Corporation in 1986.  It was used by US Steel in Gary, IN before sitting in storage for many years.

This DECserver MC/200 powers on and the fan spins normally.  Its single ethernet connection is DB15 AUI port.  I do not see any lights with nothing else attached. I have not opened it up
