Returns are only accepted if the item you receive does not match the listing description or photos.

Returns for buyer’s remorse are not accepted, including:

* don’t like the item

* changed mind

* expected different size, voice, packaging, etc.

All items are security-coded and photographed before shipping.

Items that have been opened, used, damaged, or have packaging altered/removed are not eligible for a full refund.

To receive a full refund, the item must be returned in the exact same unopened condition as received.
