I only ship to countries using the E-DELCON tracking program. If you live in a country whose postal service does not use this program and you really want an item, please contact me. I may be able to ship there using an alternative carrier, but this will be expensive (typically $50+).
Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, duties, import taxes, etc.
Shipping Address: I only ship to the address listed in the payment. Please do not ask me to ship to another address.
Payment: Payment is expected within 3 days. Purchase is cancelled if payment is not received by the 8th day. Do not email me asking that I cancel the sale because you: entered an incorrect bid amount; realized this is a duplicate; realized sales tax is charged; failed to read the shipping terms; stepped away from your computer and your cat placed a bid; etc. These requests will be ignored and I will file a non-paying bidder.
Partial Refunds: I do not give partial refunds. If unhappy with an item, feel free to return it. Asking for a partial refund so you won't return an item is poor form and will get you blocked.
Slab Scratches & Chips: Slabs are fragile and can scratch and chip easily. If a slab arrives chipped and it was not mentioned in the auction or visible in the picture, you may return it for a refund, but I will not have it reholdered for you or offer you a discount to keep it.
