OPENING HOURS

9AM TO 5PM

MONDAY TO FRIDAY

EBay is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week but we are not, we are like most businesses and usually only answer messages during office hours, we may answer outside working office hours but if not please be patient and wait until we are open again and don't expect an answer at 9pm on a Saturday night, or open a case as we were unable to answer at that time of night, weekends or out of office hours.

COLLECTION IN PERSON

Collections are from our unit based in Aldershot. Please be aware this is strictly by appointment only. No one is based at the unit full time. If you decide to turn up without an appointment it’s most likely that it will be closed with no-one there.

TESTING

We do test every item for electrical safety & performance but please understand most items are second hand(unless otherwise stated in listing), it is extremely difficult to test every tool & battery on every function under varying loads for varying lengths of time.

PROBLEMS

If you do encounter any problems with the item, delivery or service please contact us and we will do our utmost to sort any issues as quickly as possible.

RETURNS

Items can be returned within (15 days for a used item & 30 days for a new item) of receiving the item.

Buyer must pay original & return postage.

Return postage must be tracked & insured.

Some items will Incur a £1 restocking fee.

If something is wrong with the item or the item is not Delivered/received. Then all costs will be covered by us.

POSTAGE

We do try and send parcels out as quickly as possible, but during busier times & over the weekend it can take up to three working days for us to dispatch a parcel & an extra day for the courier to collect it.

Our courier service is Monday to Friday only, parcels will not be collected from us or delivered over the weekend.

FREE POSTAGE

Items are mainly listed with no extra charge for postage. Unless shown.

However please be aware the cost of postage is combined into the item price.

COSTS

Please remember it's not only the actual postage cost. It includes printing ink & paper for labelling, the box, tape & packing materials, time & fuel to package & take to the courier, then the 13.4% eBay take on the postage you’ve paid.

For some UK deliveries there is an additional charge to send a parcel to a remote location (postcodes beginning IM; HS & ZE) also the Channel Islands, Parts of Scotland & Northern Ireland.

BUYER & SELLER PROTECTION

Unfortunately due to a few people on eBay buying tools & returning their faulty ones.

Every item is security marked inside & out (including batteries) and all serial numbers are taken.

Please try and pay within 24 hours after the auction has finished so that we can send parcels out as quickly as possible.

Due to an increase in non-paying bidders, eBay’s Unpaid Item Assistant will automatically open an unpaid item case & chase payment after 2 days.

RECEIPTS & INVOICES

We are not a VAT registered business and so do not issue any receipts or invoices.

You can print out the Ebay or PayPal invoice for the transaction from your account.
