Vintage LEVIS BIG BELLS BELL BOTTOM FLARE DENIM JEANS from the 1960's-1970’s. Zipper front. They are still New (NOS) Old Stock, never been washed or worn but do have some light discoloration & fade/fold lines from sitting around/age. This might come out with its first washing.  They are marked/stamped inside “IRREGULAR 4M”.  The paper tag on back says WAIST 32 (written 34 in pen) LENGTH 32, LOT 684 1529, MADE IN U.S.A., but this is the wrong tag.  The small white tag inside the pants say they are size W 34 L 34 and 684 0217.  The actual measurements are a 34” waist, 34-1/2” long from crotch to bottom hem, and 13-1/2” wide bells at the bottom.  They have a cut orange Levi’s tab (can see part of it) on the back pocket.  Never been washed so might shrink a little.
