You will be responsible for the return costs and its safe arrival to us. Once received the product will be checked and if the item is damaged we will refund the return shipping costs. We accept no responsibility for loss or damage so please ensure it is sent by recorded delivery and appropriately insured. This may only be possible if you notify us in writing before the 7 working day cooling-off period has lapsed. Please Note: Pool Cues manufactured with Ferrule sizes of 8.5mm or below are NOT suitable for breaking, as there is a high chance of causing damage to the ferrule. We recommend using a dedicated English Pool Break Cue. Cue and Dart World are unable to accept responsibility for damage causéd to Cues due to breaking.
