Runners Relief is a UK-based business, established to celebrate and support the everyday runner. We offer several products with the aim of making exercise a little bit easier.

RUNSTRIPS are our flexible, transparent nasal strips that are designed to aid breathing during exercise, as well as supporting day to day life.

• Improved Airflow – RUNSTRIPS are flexible transparent nasal strips with a spring-like band that gently lifts and opens the nose. This action allows improved airflow by up to 31%, it significantly increases the flow of oxygen and enables better breathing during exercise, sleep or day-to-day life.

• Designed for Sport – RUNSTRIPS have been tested by runners looking to improve their breathing during training. They have an ergonomic design and strong adhesive to stay in place during a run, whilst remaining comfortable. RUNSTRIPS are sweat and rain resistant and will last for up to 8 hours.

• Prevent Snoring – RUNSTRIPS lift and widen your nasal passage and improve airflow. They are an ideal drug-free solution to alleviating congestion caused by colds, flu and allergies, as well as a deviated septum. RUNSTRIPS will help to prevent snoring and improve your sleep.

• Sweat & Water Resistant – Our nasal strips are designed with athletes, runners specifically, in mind. They use a strong adhesive as well as a waterproof PET material, which combined reduce the ability of sweat and rain to get between skin and strip.

• Comfortable & Invisible – RUNSTRIPS are also produced to be gentle on skin and suitable for all skin types Provided that they are applied correctly; RUNSTRIPS will remain in place for up to 8 hours, they are almost invisible to the eye and super-comfortable. The were designed so that you will forget that they’re on during exercise!

• Easy to Use – Simply clean your skin with warm water and thoroughly dry (this removes any oils), remove the paper from the back of the strip and apply across the bridge of your nose and just touching the nostril, then gently press into place whilst the adhesive settles.

• Easy to Remove – Simply wash with warm water, ideally in the shower, and gently peel away from the nose.
