We gently warm the bumper so it becomes flexible for shipping.
2. Fold the Bumper
Once soft, we fold it inward. This is normal and safe — the bumper will return to its original shape.
3. Pack & Ship
The folded bumper is placed in a secure box and shipped to you.
Our bumpers are OEM. Please match your vehicle’s paint code before ordering
Our mirrors are OEM and may show regular wear and tear. Each one is tested before shipping
Our headlights are tested before shipping. Please note these are used parts and may show normal wear and tear

BIG ITEMS :
Most large items are shipped via freight. Please allow 2–3 business days for handling after payment is processed. Tracking information will be provided once the carrier has picked up the item. Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier schedules

Small to Medium Body Parts:
Most small to medium-sized items (such as mirrors, lights, fenders, etc.) are shipped the same day or the next business day after your payment is processed.
Large Body Parts – Freight Shipping Required:
Larger items such as quarter panels, hoods, doors, bumpers, and bedsides must be shipped via freight service due to their size and weight.
Important Freight Note:
Extra charges may apply if the freight shipment is delivered to a residential address or requires special services (e.g., a liftgate or appointment delivery).
To avoid delays and additional fees, we highly recommend providing a commercial address with a loading dock or forklift if available.
If a commercial address is not available, please contact us before purchasing so we can help arrange the most efficient delivery option.
RETURN POLICY
Eligibility for Return: Most used auto parts are eligible for a 30-day return. Items must be returned in the same condition as received, uninstalled, and with all original components included.
Non-Eligible Items: Parts that have been installed, modified, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.
Condition of Return: All returned items must be in resalable condition. Returns with missing components, damage, or signs of use beyond normal wear and tear may be denied.
Packaging Requirements:
Returns must include all original parts and packaging.
Items should be packaged securely to prevent damage during shipping. Improper or oversized packaging may result in additional shipping charges deducted from your refund.
Damaged Items: Any parts that arrive damaged must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to qualify for a replacement or refund.
