Description    (ph19)

"In these dives into the past, Robida shows herself true to the restitution of reality and her drawings are valuable documents for heritage history. But Robida’s art is expressed in all its originality: these drawings aren’t cold or conventional at all.” They live, animated by a visionary breath, like a watermark of fantasy and dream."

"The most visible part of Robida Voyageur's work, her large works richly illustrated with lithographs and etchings, is inspired by the "urgent and nostalgic" approach of Baron Taylor and his Scenic and Romantic Trips in Ancient France, which is to grasp what is left of the 'masterpieces in peril' before it is too late.

Robida is first and foremost a tourist discoverer and defender of French and European urban architectural heritage"
