Amazing Spider-Man #161 published by Marvel Comics in 1976.  Featuring 1st cameo app. of Jigsaw as an unseen sniper.  Also 1st meeting of Spider-Man and Nightcrawler

As far as condition goes, everything should be clear in the photos included in the listing.  This looks to be in the F- to F range (5.5 - 6.0).  Of course, YMMV, and that is not a guaranteed CGC grade; if you're looking for that, search for a slab.

The book will be in a bag and board and shipped securely in a Gemini mailer.  I've been buying and selling through the mail for a long time (not always on eBay) and know how it's supposed to be done.  Rest assured I do not ship comics unsecured in an envelope marked "Please do not bend," which is nothing more than a prayer to the post office.
