Center cap, lug nuts, valve stem and tire sensor are not included with the sale of the wheels. 

Look at the pictures. They are pictures of the actual wheels. Normal signes of wear in the back. Front is in excellent condition. No refurbishments. No bending, no damages, no weldings - in A- condition.

You can refresh paint on them although they look fine as they are.
