This is a vintage Wheelie Wagon, 4 cars, 1 truck and 1  U-haul toy car lot.  Three of the cars are clearly marked Tootsietoy.  Two I cannot read.  The Wheelie Wagon and trailer are Tootsietoys. All are vintage and in vintage condition, showing age, paint loss.  They are do have wheels.   The Wheelie Wagon is plastic underneath.
