Featuring steep sidewalls for a roomy interior, two vestibules, and a Landing Zone™ gear tub, the Impact is perfect for camping but holds its own on backpacking trips, as well.The fly and main cabin panels are made from 100% recycled ripstop yarns for an 80% increase in tear strength, and we’ve achieved industry-standard water repellency without the use of harmful chemicals. The tent canopy uses black no-see-um mesh for prime stargazing on clear nights and includes a Light Pocket™ to light your interior with a warm, diffused glow.Our Impact tent was designed with the goal of reducing its environmental impact as much as possible, but we’ve offset any remaining greenhouse emissions through the purchase of verified carbon credits from the AMC Maine Woods Initiative, a steward to some of our favorite local wild spaces.
