This tempura flour is made from premium soft wheat flour extracted from the center of wheat. Egg yolk powder and pumpkin powder give it a delicious and crispy texture. Simply dissolve it in water to easily fry premium tempura.

Not for doughnut making. When you use this with less water, like doughnut making, it will be exploded.
