This is a Vintage Heritage Porcelain Circus Clown Doll on a High Wheeler bicycle. Soft body, painted face, curly red hair and black eyes and Rosey Red Cheeks. It is in the original box with Tags and is in mint condition. This doll with hat is about 16’’ tall.
