Account Setup

• Existing HK Account:
  Make sure your account is active and set to the Hong Kong region (change it on the Nintendo website if needed; switch it back after redemption).

• New HK Account:
  Use an unused email address.
  On Switch 2:
  Go to Users > Add User > Add without signing in; choose your avatar and nickname.
  Select the new user, click Sign in with Nintendo Account > Register new user. Enter your email, then press the blue button.
  In your email, click the Nintendo link, go to My Account, fill in your info, and set Country/Region to Hong Kong.
  On the success page, you will get a 5-digit serial number. Enter it on Switch 2, click Link to finish.

Redeem in eShop

• Open eShop and log into your HK account (password/QR code/mobile login).

• Click Enter Serial Number (bottom left), enter the code, confirm, and download the game.

• If it doesn't appear on the main screen, go to Virtual Game Card, select your HK account, and then press OK to start the download.
