Installation Guide
- Ensure the vehicle is parked on a level surface and the engine is turned off.
- Disconnect the negative battery cable to prevent any electrical short circuits.
- Remove the serpentine belt to gain access to the power steering pump.
- Detach the hose barb inlet and the bolt-on outlet from the existing pump.
- Remove the old power steering pump carefully from its mounting points.
- Position the new KAC Power Steering Pump in place and secure it with bolts.
- Reattach the hose inlet and outlet to the new pump using the bolt-on connections.
- Reinstall the serpentine belt, ensuring it is properly tensioned.
- Reconnect the negative battery cable and start the engine to check for proper operation.
Important Notes
- This power steering pump is specifically designed for use in 2003-2005 Honda Accord L4 2.4L models.
- Ensure the correct OE Numbers (56110RAAA01, 215341) match your existing part for accurate fitment.
- Reservoir not included; please verify the compatibility of your existing reservoir.
- This product does not apply to universal fitments; ensure correct vehicle specifications before purchase.
- Verify all safety precautions are followed during installation to prevent injury or vehicle damage.
