Damaged or Faulty Items

Once your claim has been assessed and approved by our customer service team, we will contact you with the next steps regarding a return, replacement, refund or other appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Approved refunds are generally processed within 2 working days.

Once your refund has been processed, you will receive confirmation from our team. Please allow up to 5 additional working days for your financial institution to complete the transaction and for the funds to appear in your account.

Refunds or replacements will not be provided where a product has been misused, mishandled or incorrectly installed.
