Superb Bernex Automatic dating from the 1970s, powered by the reliable ETA 2824 movement. The watch remains in near new old stock condition, showing only minimal storage marks.
The 35mm stainless steel case (excluding crown) has crisp, unpolished lines and excellent surface finish. The silver sunburst dial is flawless, with applied hour markers, original hands with intact lume, and a framed date window at 3 o’clock.
Inside, the ETA 2824 automatic movement runs smoothly and keeps excellent time.
Fitted to a lightly worn brown leather strap with contrasting stitching that suits the period style well.
A clean, honest 1970s Bernex with one of the most dependable Swiss movements of the era — rarely found in this kind of untouched condition.
