Installation and Use |

Pay attention to the air flow
direction during installation and use.

power cord. Customers should prepare their own power cord according to
their installation needs and seek professional personnel for wiring.

Attention |
|
1. It is strictly prohibited to carry out
maintenance and repair operations when the fan is running. The power
must be cut off and safety protection measures must be taken. |
|
2. Non-professionals are not allowed to
change the fan circuit and explosion-proof structure at will to avoid
damaging the explosion-proof performance. |
|
3. If the fan is not used for a long
time, it should be cleaned, placed in a dry and ventilated environment,
and started for trial operation regularly to prevent components from
rusting and jamming. |
|
4. When the fan is used in flammable and explosive
environments, please strictly follow the relevant safety regulations, and it is
strictly prohibited to operate in violation of regulations and cause
danger. |

| The
four-leaf fan blade is made of high-quality aluminum alloy
materials, thereby achieving the excellent performance and
safety in the dangerous environment. It has the superior
explosion-proof performance, high shock strength, low energy
consumption, corrosion resistance, good dynamic balance and
maintenance convenience. |
|
The axial flow fan
is equipped with a carbon steel shell which is subjected to
baking finish treatment. The shell has the high structural
strength and rigidity, high temperature resistance and high
protection grade. The surface is processed through multiple
technologies, ensuring the shell is resistant to corrosion, wear
and scrape. |
|
|
|
| The
pure copper motor is a core power unit and has the remarkable
advantages of explosion-proof safety, performance stability and
durability. The 550W motor has good electrical conductivity and
energy saving, is longer in service life and higher in
reliability and can better meet the high grade explosion-proof
standard. |
|
The front and rear
safety protective nets are detachably installed in the air inlet
and air outlet of the axial flow fan, having a protection effect
on safety operation of the fan. The foreign matter is
effectively prevented from entering the fan, the personal safety
and equipment safety can be well ensured, and air ventilation
and exchange are achieved. |

Operation
and use |
|
1. First, check the case and frame. See if the fan blades are
deformed, if the fan blades rotate flexibly, and if there is any
abrasion. Check if all fasteners are complete, then tighten them. There
should be an explosion-proof certificate number. |
|
2. The line voltage must be matched with the rated voltage on the motor. |
|
3. Use a 500V megohmmeter to check the insulation resistance of the
motor. If its resistance value is less than 5MΩ, it should be dried or
undergo other insulation-improving treatments to make its insulation
resistance greater than 5MΩ. |
|
4. A small explosion-proof switch must be used as the power switch, or
a general-purpose switch should be installed in an outdoor area
without explosion hazards. |
|
5. The outer diameter of the power supply cable should
be matched with the
sealing ring groove. After tightening the compression nut, ensure there
is no gap between the sealing ring and the cable. If there is a gap, the
explosion-proof performance will be lost. |
|
6. When the fan is installed, the gap between the sealing surface and the
explosion-proof surface should be less than 0.2mm. Use lubricating
grease for ZG-2H composite calcium-based grease for the sliding
surface. |
|
7. The non-wiring parts of the explosion-proof motor must not be
disassembled randomly. When wiring, open the cover of the wiring
chamber, thread the lead wire to the terminal, and after connection,
close the cover and tighten the screws so that the gap of the flame-proof
surface is less than 0.2mm. Then fasten the wire: when installing, the
wire must not be pulled. When assembling, 204-1 anti-rust oil should
be applied to the flame-proof surface. All flame-proof surfaces must
not be damaged or corroded. Otherwise, the explosion-proof performance
will be lost. |

8. Use a brush to regularly clean the dust and other accumulations on
the motor to avoid affecting heat dissipation. |
|
Daily Maintenance |
|
1. Daily Maintenance: Regularly clean the dust and debris on the fan
surface, air inlet and outlet, check whether the fasteners are loose and
whether the impeller is dusty or deformed. Deal with problems in a
timely manner if finding problems.
2. Regular Servicing: Every month (or adjusted according to the
frequency of use), check the lubrication of the bearing, and supplement
or replace the lubricating grease if necessary (use [adapted lubricating
grease model]). Check the insulation resistance of the motor, and
when it is
lower than 5MΩ, drying treatment is required. Check the tightness and
integrity of the explosion-proof components, and replace the damaged
explosion-proof accessories with the same specifications in a timely
manner.
3. Fault Handling: If the fan vibrates excessively, check whether the
foundation is loose, whether the impeller is unbalanced, and whether the
air duct resonates, and correspondingly reinforce the foundation, correct the impeller and
adjust the air duct. If the motor heats up abnormally, check whether the
load is too large, whether the ventilation is poor, and whether the
bearing is damaged, and reasonably adjust the load, improve ventilation
and replace the bearing. If the explosion-proof performance is
affected (e.g., damage to the explosion-proof surface), contact
professional personnel for maintenance, and it is strictly prohibited to
modify it by yourself.
