When replacing laces in shoes, the best bet is to measure the old laces and buy according to that length.  Below is a ROUGH guide to the lengths of shoelaces needed for pairs of holes in shoes but obviously this can depend on the width between the eyelets.

60cm laces are suitable for boots and shoes with 3-4 pairs of holes 

90cm laces are suitable for boots and shoes with 5-6 pairs of holes 

140cm laces are suitable for boots and shoes with 8-10 pairs of holes 

210cm laces are suitable for boots and shoes with 14-15 pairs of holes
