The Wild Fantastic Set is by Mel Howard from the 80’s-90’s. The Second set is just the Cummerbund and Tie and it is unbranded. The Mel Howard set is All Silk. The Second set feels like silk but I’m not certain. It’s not marked.

So consider the second set as a bonus.
