The signed index card that is shown in the photos is the exact one that you will receive.  As part of a collection of rare signatures,  this signature comes from a collection of every player to have ever played for Coach Vince Lombardi while with the Packers.  The signature has been authenticated by JSA (James Spence Authentication) and comes with their Certificate of Authenticity.  Please let me know if you have any other questions
