Antique Edwardian? Cotton Christening Gown - Lace Decorated on the Front and with embroidered hem (with underlining). High waist.

Item thought to be dated beginning of the 20th century.

Cotton and lace embroidered white christening gown with no collar and with sleeves edged in delicate lace and closed with two ribbons and a button at the back. Front is decorated with cotton lace work.

Condition - perfect vintage condition (few loose threads). No tears, stains or rips identified in the lace. See photographs.

Material is nice and soft.

Measurements:
- 82cm long from shoulder
- 27cm from shoulder to shoulder
- 31cm from armpit to armpit
