Marvel Spider-Man 2000 Web Splasher - Doctor Octopus

New in packet but packet has some damage. Plastic blister pack seal has become loose from the card and plastic has age/sun yellowing. Cardboard has bends, creases, wear etc. Doctor Octopus figure, accessories and web splasher are all brand new, sealed in original plastic & ties and have never been removed from packaging.
