4. Can we collect in person? Do you offer local delivery?

Yes. We have two collection points in Essex (Redbridge & Rainham) and one in Kent (Gravesend). All collections are by prior appointment & we would need to see Photo ID matching the name of the buyers account. We also offer a free delivery in person option to London, Essex & Kent within a 5-mile radius from Rainham.

5. How soon do you deliver by postage/courier?

All payments received by 12pm Monday-Friday or by 9am on Saturday will be dispatched the same day for a next day delivery. We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 fully insured & securely package our items prior to dispatch.

1. How is the reading experience different on Kindle Colorsoft than on Kindle Paperwhite?

The Colorsoft display is distinct from the Paperwhite display, and includes a full optimized display stack to deliver high quality color reading. The black and white resolution (300ppi) is the same across devices.

2. Can I enable system-level Dark Mode on my Kindle Colorsoft?

Dark Mode is currently not available on this device. You can enable a similar reading experience within millions of books using the Page Colour feature, which, like Dark Mode, inverts the book page colour to black and the book text colour to white. To enable the feature in eligible books, open your book, access the Quick Actions menu, and toggle the Page Colour to black.

3. How does colour impact Kindle Colorsoft battery life?

Kindle Colorsoft has up 8 weeks of battery life for you to enjoy. The Colour Style selection (Standard or Vivid) on Kindle Colorsoft has no impact on battery life. If you are looking for longer battery life, you may like Kindle Paperwhite or Kindle Paperwhite Signature Edition, which both have up to 12 weeks of battery life.
