This Thunder Bee kit is tailored for Suzuki RM 125, RM 250, RM-Z 250 and RM-Z 450. We size every panel to the specific year and plastics shape you select at checkout. If you use aftermarket plastics like Acerbis or Polisport, tell us and we will cut to that shape.

How to order

  1. Select your bike model and finish. Add to cart.
  2. Send Rider name, Race number, Bike model and year in eBay message.
  3. We prepare the print file and ship after quality check.
Production time Usually 2 to 5 business days. Large custom edits may add time.
Shipping Tracked worldwide delivery. Packed flat to avoid curl. Message us for express options.

Install tips

  • Remove old glue, clean with isopropyl alcohol and let plastic dry.
  • Warm panels with a heat gun on low for easier positioning.
  • Apply dry. Start from center and work to the edges with a soft squeegee.
  • Post heat edges to lock the adhesive.
